Quality management system

One way we ensure quality is by involving quality assurance in order
processing at an early stage. We have all qualifications from national
and international supervisory organisations that are necessary for
manufacturing and inspections.

All orders are processed under the monitoring of an audited quality
management system, which takes all customer specifications into
consideration as well as regulation requirements.

Furthermore we are authorised to re-stamp materials with inspection
certificate 3.1 and 3.2 in accordance with EN 10204.

QA work and checks:

- Material analyses (e.g. spectral analysis)
- Acceptance of welder’s performance and welding
  procedure qualifications
- Ongoing production checks; according to the applicable regulations
  and customer specifications
- Laboratory tests (e.g. macrosections)
- Non-destructive tests:
          Hardness tests, stationary and mobile  (HT) 
          Ultrasonic tests (UT)  
          Dye penetrant tests  (PT) 
          Magnetic particle test  (MT)  
          X-ray tests (RT) 
          Video endoscopy   
- Pressure tests  
- Final production documentation
